Down the Wormhole

Down the Wormhole plays on a square tiled map, and turns typically involve the creation of units at structures, moving units, and eliminating enemy units. A battle is won by eliminating all enemy units and capturing their structures.

A skirmish game can have up to 4 teams, which can be controlled by local, online (download versions only), or CPU players. 

Down the Wormhole takes place on the planet Z-247d (commonly called Hope-4 by the human inhabitants). A war is currently raging between the Arthirians (a race of aliens that look like a cross between a 5ft tall rabbit and an ant, that also want to colonise the planet).

While several factions are planned, only Humans and Arthirians are currently playable.

The single-player campaign provides more background on the story of Hope-4, but currently only consists of a tutorial mission.
